Sam Taliaferro - Chairman, Director
Prima Panama is the vision of Sam Taliaferro, an
American inventor - businessman. His idea is to
create a marketing and sales driven organization
that can assist North American and European retirees
and investors looking for an exotic yet first world
lifestyle with a cost effective and simple way to
discover and purchase real estate in Panama.
An inventor by profession, Sam has developed and
patented numerous technologies used in industrial
factories throughout the world. He has built a
number of manufacturing operations, the last one in
Central America. Valle Escondido, his successful
residential-tourism complex in Boquete, Panama, is
the first land development project he has
undertaken. He assembled the needed qualified people
to assist in the planning, development,
construction, marketing and sales of the project and
has attracted talented and experienced business
partners to help him create Prima Panama.
Paul McBride - CEO, Director
Paul McBride has over twenty-five years of
sales, marketing and operations experience in the
travel and tourism industries. Paul’s extensive
knowledge of the industry, combined with his
operational expertise, has resulted in a wealth of
valuable business insights and advice to the clients
he has worked with in the past.
By pooling the talents and contacts he’s developed
in the travel industry over the years and applying
the successful and innovative marketing techniques
he’s utilized in the past, Paul's expertise has
enabled new tour companies and emerging travel
destinations to combine creative and aggressive
marketing and sales strategies with effective
operations procedures to successfully grow their
businesses.
Christoph Zollinger - Director
Born in St. Gallen, Switzerland. He studied law at
the University of Zurich where he graduated at the
School of Law in 1995 (Lic. iur., LL.M 1995). He is
living in Panama since 1996. As Partner and Head of
Operations of one of the leading international Law
Firms in Panama (with more than 30 offices
worldwide) he has been directly involved in the
modernization of their internal processes and in the
design and creation of their cutting-edge technology
and communications platform.

Ivonne Fitzgerald - Executive Assistant to the
Chairman
Ivonne Fitzgerald came to PRIMA with a wealth of
senior administrative experience. She served in
various positions as a civilian component of the
U.S. military, in Panama, including that of Foreign
Student Affairs administrator, executive secretary
to the Commander U.S. Air Force South and Executive
Assistant to the Commander of the Army's Joint Task
Force South. From there she served the President of
the Republic of Panama throughout her term, as her
executive secretary and office administrator.
Mayi Diaz - Executive Assistant
A hard working and dedicated professional with
extensive experience in administration, customer
service and tourism. She started out as a tour guide
for the Panama Canal and throughout the years has
served as personal assistant and general manager of
various companies and most recently served her
country as the person in Charge of the Panamanian
Consular Section in Japan and Ambassador of Panama
in Canada.
Ana Graciela Medina - Legal Counsel
Ana Graciela Medina: Born in the Republic of
Panama and Studied at Saint Edward's University,
Austin, TX, USA (Internarional Studies: Focus on
Latin America, 1997); Universidad Latinoamericana de
Ciencia y Tecnología, ULACIT, Panama (Bachelor in
Law and Political Science, Cum Laude Probatus,
2001); Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Madrid,
Spain (Master's Degree in Information Technology &
Law, 2002); Instituto de Empresa de Madrid, Madrid,
Spain. (Executive Program - Focus on Corporate Law
and Management, 2002); Master's Thesis: "The Tax
Reality of the Offshore International Centers and
the Digital Economy". Member of the Panama Bar
Association and Member of the Panamanian Association
of Law and New Technologies. Languages: Spanish and
English. Areas of Practice: Immigration &
Naturalization, Labor Law, Administrative Law,
