Prima Panama does not promote any particular Real Estate project, but rather presents a collection of lifestyle master planned developments that you are free to visit at your discretion. Prima Panama will help with arranging a visit to any project or projects you choose, but in no way will pressure or advise you as to which projects you should visit or purchase.

Prima Panama has investigated the developers and projects within the collection and has found that they comply with the laws and regulations of Panama and that they meet the criteria we have established for a quality project in which we have confidence in its completion and ongoing management. This should not be construed as a guarantee by Prima Panama. We strive to find and provide our members with all the available information on the projects which allow them to perform further due diligence if needed. We always recommend the use of a qualified legal professional to help with any real estate transaction in Panama.

Should a member decide to purchase a property from one of the projects within our collection, Prima Panama receives a rebate from the developer, which we share with our members and affiliates. With projects that are under development and infrastructure has not yet been completed, Prima requires the developer to place deposits of our Prima members in escrow until title can de delivered.
